We accept all major debit cards and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We work closely with Stripe to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any merchandise item purchased from At Your Beat, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days of your goods being delivered and you must include your order number.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.

Returns

Return or exchange an item: 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made.  Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with tags and in new unused condition. There must be no visible stains, hairs or odour on the item(s) in order to receive an exchange or refund. If these requirements are not met then At Your Beat has the right to return the item(s) back to you.

Sale Items: 

All Items purchased in our sales are not eligible for a refund only exchanged for store credit.

Please note: 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Please include whether you want an exchange/refund in your parcel.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care (hello@atyourbeat.com) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us at standard delivery cost.

Undelivered Parcel:

If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again. Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery,  please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

FAQs

I have not received my order.

If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive from dispatch, feel free to contact us and we will be able to inform you further.

I received the wrong item.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care (hello@atyourbeat.com) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the item that you have received. Please can you send this back to us at Standard Delivery cost which will be reimbursed once a copy of your Standard return receipt is received.

Delivery

SHIPPING OPTIONS

UK Shipments:   

All UK shipments are dispatched via:

  • Royal Mail Standard Tracked 2-3 Working Days – £7.50

If ordered before 1pm Monday – Friday, your items will be delivered 2-3 working days from shipping confirmation

European Shipping:

Royal Mail AirSure – £19.50 – Delivery usually takes between 4-6 working days.

International Shipping:

Royal Mail AirSure – £27.50 – Delivery usually takes between 7-10 working days.

 

HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays and weekends.

All orders placed over the UK Bank Holiday will not be despatched until the next working day.

If you place your order after 3pm on the Friday or over the Bank Holiday weekend this will not be despatched until the Tuesday.

 

UNDELIVERED PARCEL

If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, due to wrong address or has not been collected your items excluding delivery charge will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again. Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery,  please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

All discrepancies with orders need to be reported within 24 to 48hrs.
